Additional handover requirements

EPS files

EPS files are required in all design categories except Web & App. An EPS file is a vector-based file that can be opened by the client using many programs. EPS files can be easily exported from vector-based editing programs. We recommend that designers use Adobe Illustrator and do not use CorelDRAW.

All EPS files should be 100% vector and in a single color mode (RGB or CMYK). You'll see error messages display in red if you upload an EPS file that does not meet our requirements.

File organization

Clearly naming and organizing the files you upload for handover makes everything easier. Clients can find what they need quickly, and you provide them with a positive and professional experience.

Please take the time to clearly label all of your final files before uploading them to the handover.

Below is an example of how you could name your final logo files:

Pro Tip: If you’re working with lots of variations or large files, you can save your final files in a folder and ZIP or compress them before uploading. Always add a preview file (e.g. JPEG) along with any ZIP or compressed file upload to ensure that your client can preview the images in the zip file.
