When you are logged into your 99designs account, you should see the project listed in the “Your Work” section of your profile.
If you don't see your project listed, please contact our support staff and we’ll be happy to assist!
When you contact us, make sure to have the following details handy just in case we need them:
- The total amount of your successful charge
- The date you were charged
- The description of the charge as displayed on your bank statement
- The last four digits of the card charged
