99designs’ private contests require participants to agree to an NDA.
This is a legal agreement designed to keep the details of your design contest confidential.
The agreement is between you and anyone who wants to see the details of your contest. Designers, or other interested 99designs customers will need to agree to the NDA before they can access your contest.
When another user signs the NDA, they’re agreeing not to disclose the details of your contest to anyone else.
You can choose to use a standard NDA template that’s included in the private contest package, though 99designs makes no assurances as to its legality. If you prefer, you can upload your own NDA to your private contest.
