To protect your 99designs contest with an NDA, choose the make your contest private option from the Contest options section before you launch it. This will prohibit designers from using their designs elsewhere, and your contest will be un-searchable on the web.
This will automatically attach a standard NDA template to your contest. You can upload your own NDA if you prefer—just click the upload your own link. By adding your own NDA, it surpasses our own.
Anyone who wants to read your brief or submit designs must agree to this document first.
On the designers end, they will see the contest title and prize amount. When they click on the contest the NDA will appear. They must sign the NDA before entering the contest.
You can also view the NDA the designers have signed by clicking on “...” underneath the prize amount.
