Yes, we can cancel and then delete 1-to-1 if it is pending and no work has been completed. Just contact our support and we will resolve it.
What if the transaction is completed?
We cannot refund the transaction if the 1-1 project is in progress or completed because work has been done by the designer.
If you need a refund within an ongoing 1-1 project or completed 1-1 project - first, you must receive a confirmation from your designer that the refund is approved by them. This also must be in writing on the 1-1 project. Once this part is completed, simply contact support and we'll process the refund for you.
